Friends

The babies have made many friends - be they other dogs, other people, or outside visitors. Ella had a notable relationship with “Mr. Toad” who would come courting every night one summer at about 830pm. She would wait for him at the back door and get super excited when he showed up. They would sit there and stare at each other for an hour or 2, before Mr. Toad went home for the night. Bridget loves squirrels, or l’ecuirreil as she prefers they be called. “Achey Rey” visits the birdfeeder regularly and sits outside the window, taunting her as he hops from tree to tree.
